Yuquan Table Tennis Club (YTTC) is established to provide excellent facilities and services for both amateur and professional players of different age groups and skill levels. The training center of YTTC covers an area of 1,000 square meters with the capacity of holding 30 international standard table tennis tables at the same time.

Thus far, YTTC has successfully received table tennis players from France, Sweden, Japan, Korea, the United States, and Australia. Furthermore, YTTC was nominated by China Table Tennis Association (CTTA) as a training center for the Chinese national table tennis players, who were candidates for the 2002 ITTF Men’s World Cup.

YTTC is the training base of the Sino-France Table Tennis Association (SFTTA) and the training center for the Shandong Youth Table Tennis Association (SYTTA). In 2004, in consideration of its great contributions to the development of table tennis projects in China, YTTC was awarded the title of “Home of Table Tennis” by CTTA.

Mr. Xue Licheng, the head coach of YTTC, who is one of the China’s national senior coaches and the former head coach of the table tennis team of Shandong Province, has made great efforts to further table tennis training. Ten of his students have been selected by the China National Table Tennis Team, and four have won gold medals at the China National Championships. Mr. Xue and other elite coaches operate training classes for players of different age groups and skill levels all the year round. Their enthusiasm for table tennis and their accumulated years of coaching experience will guarantee the quality of training programs at YTTC.

Honored as the "Table Tennis Boss" by the public, Mr. Chang Jinyue, the founder of Yuquan Simpson Hotel and YTTC, is a vice president of the Shandong Table Tennis Association and a deputy to the National People’s Congress of China.
